Must submit an application via the PLAP those with special needs who, in the spring semester of 2027 :

•    are starting their studies

•    are re-enrolling

•    are transferring from a Bachelor’s to a Master’s programme in another faculty

•    are making their first application for accomodations

•    need to submit a new application for accomodations because the previous one has expired.

All others (PhD students, external students, students on the IN exchange programme, those sitting the preliminary entrance examination in a Faculty, auditors) are requested to submit their applications and supporting documents to faculty’s special needs coordinators within the specified deadlines.

To submit your application, you must:

1) Complete the form

and submit the following documents in .pdf format

2) Medical certificate or speech therapy assessment

3) Other documents relating to Disability Insurance

4) Other documents relating to previous special accommodation

5) An officially certified translation into French, German, Italian or English, in addition to the document in its original language

Applications that have not been submitted or completed by 15 January preceding the academic semester will not be processed by the Commission, and no special accommodation will be granted.
